Kim used to be a local dairy farmer on her family farm since leaving School.  Following the decision to sell their dairy herd and increase their beef production herd, she concentrated her efforts on the Farm Saddle Club until she took a more active role with the School.  Along with Paddy, she looks after the clubhouse and its surroundings including assisting with some of the maintenance tasks on the aeroplanes.
